Head of Customer Success

Objective Partners is the creator of a smart marketing measurement platform that allows brands to track and optimize multi-channel media investments. As our Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for the engagement and upsell of the platform modules within our current client base. You work closely together with your team of customer success managers, the head of operations, and lead data scientists to maximize our clients’ success with Objective Platform.

We are currently expanding in Europe and Asia, including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and HongKong.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and users of our platform to develop a deep understanding of their workflows and decision-making processes
  • Translate business questions into technical requirements
  • Create and implement solutions together with your squad members to increase client engagement
  • Create and guard client roadmaps to success
